Only to the court of general jurisdiction in accordance with the Article 195 of the Civil Procedure Law authorization is provided by making a judgment on collection of money to provide as well rights to the claimant to receive interest for a period until execution of the judgment. Such authorization is not provided to the arbitration court. Therefore the arbitration court has exceeded its authorization by providing rights to receive interest payments in amount as prescribed by the law for a time period until full execution of the award.

In accordance with Clause 7 of the Article 536 of the Civil Procedure Law the court may separate a part of adjudication of the arbitration court that is made in accordance with the arbitration agreement from issues, not included in the scope of arbitration agreement and may take a decision of issuing of writ of execution relating to parts of adjudication made in accordance with the arbitration agreement.
